Class Policies
- Registration and pre-payment is required to save your spot.
- If you need to withdraw from a class for which you are registered, please give 24 hours notice in order to receive a refund or credit.
- Materials are available at Bead Gallery 2 at a 15% discount to class participants. Be sure to mention that the purchases you are making are for a class so we can be sure to give you your discount.
- Classes will run if there are two or more people enrolled. If you are the only person enrolled in a class, we will offer the class to you as a private lesson at private lesson rates. If you do not wish to take a private lesson, we will issue you a credit or refund.
Classes
Registration is fast and easy and can be completed over the phone. Registration and pre-payment are required to save your spot in the class. If you need to withdraw from a class, please give us 24 hours notice and we will place you in another class or issue you a refund or credit. We will also phone you the day before class to remind you.
You will need to purchase materials for most classes... available at Bead Gallery 2 at 15% discount to class participants. Please plan on having all your materials ready ahead of time so that the class can begin right on time.

#1 - Basic Stringing
Instructor: Joy
(2 hrs)- Learn how to attach a clasp with crimps using chain nose pliers and using the crimp tool, make a necklace and bracelet.
#1 - Earring Design
Instructor: Joy
(2 hrs)- Learn the basic wire wrap, make 3 pairs of earrings using beads, wire and chain.
#1 - Pearl Knotting - Instructor: Joy
(2 hr necklace only or 3 hr necklace and bracelet)- learn how to tie a knot between each bead and how to attach the clasp .
#1 - Fun With Earwires
Instructor: Joy
(2 hrs)- Learn how to make your own earwires, make 3 pairs of earrings.
#1 - Wire Rings
Instructor: Joy
(2 hrs)- Learn how to make a ring out of almost any bead.
#1 - Fun with Softflex
Instructor: Joy
(1.5 hrs)-Use nylon coated beading wire to create wonderfully light earrings or a cool linked bracelet or necklace.
#1 - Hammered Ring with Small Cabochon
Instructor: Angela
(2 hrs)- Intro to metals. Soldering, filing, cutting, sanding, using a small jewelry torch and bezel setting a cabochon will be covered in this 2 hr class.
#1 - Hammered Toggle
Instructor: Angela
(2 hrs)- Learn how to make round, diamond or heart shaped hammered toggles. Another great intro to metals! Learn soldering, filing, how to use a small jewelry torch and more
#1 - Basic Macrame
Instructor: Joy
(2 hrs)- learn the square knot, use leather, cotton or hemp to make a bracelet.
#1 - Floating Crystal Multi-strand Necklace
Instructor: Joy
(2 hrs) or single strand (1 hr)- learn how to create a floating look with beading wire and crimps.
#1 - Fun with Wire
Instructor: Angela
(2 hrs)- learn a variety of wire techniques using different tools.
#1 - Hammered Pendants
Instructor: Angela
(2 hrs)- learn how to cut and texture metal, make a pair of earrings or a couple pendants.
#1 - Braided Lariat
Instructor: Joy
(2 hrs)- learn the 4-strand braid with leather, make a lariat necklace.
#1 - Wire Links and Dangles Bracelet
Instructor: Joy
(2 hrs)- learn the basic wire wrap, make a bracelet.
Briolette Necklace and Earring
Instructor: Joy
(2 hrs)- learn how to wire wrap a “top-drilled or pear shaped” bead and how to attach a clasp to chain.
Long Chain Necklace

(2 hrs)- learn the basic wire wrap and how to connect it between lengths of chain.
Wire Wrapped Stone
Instructor: Joy
(1.5 hrs)- learn how to wire wrap or cage an object without a hole.
